Payouts and refunds
Reward payouts are processed after eligibility and anti-fraud checks. Incorrect redemptions can be held, reversed, or denied pending investigation.
Availability and support
The platform is provided on a best-effort basis with planned maintenance windows. Support requests are handled according to published response SLAs.
Enforcement
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or policy breaches. We may update product features and terms as compliance requirements evolve.
